How do I log in to my e-mail?

You can use your e-mail in two ways: through webmail in your browser, or through a mail program such as Outlook, Apple Mail or the mail app on your phone. This article explains how to log in quickly through webmail.

Logging in through webmail

The fastest way to open your e-mail is through webmail. All you need is your full e-mail address and its password.

  1. Open your browser, for example Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
  2. Go to mail.yourdomain.com.
  3. Replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name. For example: mail.companyname.com.
  4. Enter your full e-mail address, for example name@yourdomain.com.
  5. Enter your password.
  6. Click Log in.

Using the e-mail address info@exampleco.com? Then you’d usually go to:

mail.exampleco.com

There you log in with:

Doesn’t mail.yourdomain.com work? Try one of these alternatives instead:

  • yourdomain.com/webmail
  • mail.zxcs.nl

Always replace yourdomain.com with your own domain name.

What do you need to log in?

  • Your full e-mail address, for example info@yourdomain.com.
  • The password for this mailbox.
  • A working internet connection.
  • A browser such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.

I’ve forgotten my password

Don’t remember your mailbox password? Then it needs to be reset. This can be done through the hosting management environment.

Get in touch with whoever manages your website, hosting or e-mail. That person can change the password for you or set up a new one.

I can’t log in

Having trouble logging in? First check the following:

  • Are you using your full e-mail address as the username?
  • Is there a typo in the e-mail address?
  • Are you using the right password?
  • Is Caps Lock switched off?
  • Are you using the correct webmail link, for example mail.yourdomain.com?
  • Try the alternative link mail.zxcs.nl as well.
