Business e-mail on your own domain, like name@yourcompany.com, is arranged with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365. At bouwman.io one person in the Netherlands sets that up for you and remains the point of contact afterwards, so mail, calendars and documents just work.
Business e-mail on your own domain, shared calendars and documents you can access from anywhere: Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 make that possible, as long as they’re set up properly. I take care of the setup and management, so you and your team can just get on with using it.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between Google Workspace and Microsoft 365?
Both offer business e-mail, storage and collaboration tools. Which one fits best depends on what your team is already used to and which apps you rely on.
Can my existing e-mail be moved over?
Yes, existing mailboxes and contacts can be migrated to the new platform.
Who manages the users once it's up and running?
I can keep doing that, or I can walk you through managing it yourself. We'll figure out what fits best beforehand.
How do I get business e-mail on my own domain?
You need a domain name and a Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 subscription, and after that a few settings at your domain need to be configured correctly. I handle that whole process, including moving over existing mail.
Why does my e-mail end up in my customers' spam folder?
Usually because the settings that prove mail really comes from your domain are missing or half configured. That can almost always be fixed by setting them correctly; it's part of the setup I take care of.
