Café Heuvel Amsterdam

The website for a café in Amsterdam, with an Instagram feed that keeps itself up to date. New photos appear on their own, without anyone having to go into the site.

• Built the whole website by hand, with no CMS: fast, and there's no plugin that can break
• Instagram photos are pulled in and shown on the site automatically, with no plugin and nobody having to log in
• The integration keeps running as long as the Instagram account exists, and needs no maintenance
• The blueprint for that integration is free on my Lab, so other people can use it too

Bouwnb

My own platform that lets B&B owners take bookings directly, without handing commission to Booking.com or Airbnb.

• Website and booking system in one, with four designs to choose from and your own domain name
• Calendars sync with the platforms you're already listed on, so you don't get double-booked
• Guests pay the owner directly, with no commission taken off
• No cookies and no tracking of guest data

Bouwnb is still in alpha and free to use at the moment.

FC Volendam calendar

Every FC Volendam fixture in your own calendar automatically, with the result added as soon as the match has been played.

• A daily-updated calendar you add once and then never touch again
• Results are written into the event title automatically after the final whistle
• Works with Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook

QR Code Manager

My own platform for businesses to create and manage QR codes they can still change later, without having to reprint the code.

• Built the whole platform, from login and management through to per-code statistics
• A free QR generator that works without an account
• Multiple businesses side by side on one system, each with their own environment
